Learn More about Instructors, Justin Colburn is a brownbelt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a 3-0 Pro Heavyweight MMA Fighter and former Sparta Combat League Champion. Coach Justin Colburn is the Head Instructor at The Foundation Training Center but we have a line up of Coaches and Instructors that far exceeds just one individuals knowledge.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing and Wrestling. You will find that all these disciplines are useful in some capacity for street Self-Defense. At The Foundation Training Center, Health and Fitness will be at the forefront of our Littleton Martial Arts classes but in addition to getting in great shape, our classes will are designed to teach you the fundamentals of these combat sports in a hybrid Self-Defense System, using a clear and organized curriculum, from the ground up. We welcome students of all levels of athleticism and martial arts knowledge.
